Priority Project of the Seven County Infrastructure Coalition

Project Location

Natural gas pipeline traversing from the Greentown Plant to Green River City following the Ruby Ranch Road to the old Highway-6 corridor. This project follows a presently staked and submitted route along existing road and water pipeline corridors minimizing impacts to natural resources along the entire corridor.

Provides economical and clean natural gas to Green River and surrounding area and reduces overall community energy costs while promoting further economic development within Emery County through lower energy costs and improved energy infrastructure.

Priority Project: Natural Gas Pipeline to Green River

The Seven County Infrastructure Coalition is a public implementation and ownership entity that allows its members to build essential regional infrastructure elements that span across county lines. The Coalition’s main roles are to identify revenue-producing infrastructure assets that will benefit the region. Its mission is to plan infrastructure corridors, procure funding, permit, design, secure rights-of-way and own such facilities.
